Terms of service

I. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

and

a natural person acting outside the scope of their business activity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “Consumer”).

For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller acts as the seller and the Consumer acts as the buyer.

II. CONTRACT FORMATION

The Consumer orders goods via the e-shop, email, or telephone, thereby submitting a proposal to conclude a contract.

The order must include:

  • billing and delivery address
  • contact details
  • product identification and quantity

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via email.

III. GOODS

Goods are movable items offered for sale, including goods with digital elements.

All product descriptions are informative and may vary slightly from actual goods.

IV. PRICING AND ERRORS

All prices are listed including VAT.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

  • obvious pricing errors
  • technical system errors

In such cases, the Seller will inform the Consumer and provide a revised offer.

V. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery time is typically between 5 to 30 business days.

Goods are considered delivered when:

  • received by the Consumer, or
  • handed over to the carrier

Risk of damage transfers to the Consumer upon delivery.

If delivery is delayed, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract under applicable law.

VI. PAYMENT TERMS

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

VII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason:

  • within 14 days (legal requirement), and
  • up to 100 days (extended policy provided by Seller)

The withdrawal period starts from the day the Consumer receives the goods.

VIII. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The Consumer must:

  • return goods within 14 days after withdrawal
  • bear direct return shipping costs

The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in value due to handling beyond necessary inspection.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the goods or proof of return.

IX. EXCEPTIONS FROM WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer cannot withdraw from contracts involving:

  • customized or made-to-order goods
  • sealed goods opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
  • fully provided services with prior consent

X. LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS (WARRANTY)

The Seller provides a 24-month warranty.

The Seller guarantees that goods:

  • are suitable for intended use
  • comply with agreed specifications

Warranty does not cover:

  • mechanical damage
  • improper use
  • external damage

XI. CLAIMS PROCEDURE

The Consumer must report defects without undue delay.

The Seller will:

  • repair
  • replace
  • or refund

within a reasonable period (maximum 30 days unless justified).

XII. OWNERSHIP

Ownership of goods passes to the Consumer only after full payment.

XIII. PRICE REDUCTION AND TERMINATION

The Consumer may request:

  • a price reduction, or
  • withdrawal from contract

if:

  • defect persists
  • repair/replacement fails
  • defect is significant

XIV. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumers may resolve disputes via:

XV. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Slovak law.

EU consumer protection laws remain applicable.

XVI. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.

Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
